1. Please note that all caps are of cotton or rayon material to provide a soft and comfortable fit.
2. They usually don’t run color and show very less shrinkage. However, we cannot guarantee this.
3. For best fit, iron the cap before each use.
4. Regular caps can be autoclaved. To autoclave satin-lined caps, pack them separately and ensure that the print doesn’t overlap.
5. Embellished and Satin lined caps shouldn’t be machine washed. Hand wash with cold water only.
What is the material of the Scrub Caps?
Most of our printed and plain scrub caps are in either cotton, cotton mix, or rayon. You can confirm with us the material of each print when you place the order.
What is the Satin Lining?
Satin is added as an inner lining to the caps. It can be added to any cap. To autoclave satin-lined caps, pack them separately and ensure that the paint doesn’t overlap.
Embellished and Satin lined caps shouldn’t be machine washed. Hand wash with cold water only.
How long does delivery take?
1. Customized orders take around 2-3 weeks to be ready.
2. Printed caps can be dispatched within 2-5 days
3. Caps with satin/sweatbands / elastic bands may take 6-7 days to be dispatched
4. Delivery to most parts of India is within 6 days max. Express delivery options are available.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We don’t offer any exchange or return unless there is some manufacturing defect or the wrong product was sent. In this case, we would require a photo of the defective/wrong product within 24 hrs of delivery of the product. Replacement products would be sent in this case.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
1. Cancellation should be done before 12.00 PM on the next working day (as all orders are processed by then).
2. No cancellation is possible after that.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
1. In case of any cancellation, money will be refunded after deducting 50/- as cancellation charges.
2. Once the cancellation is initiated, a refund will take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.
