Refunds, Cancellations and Returns Policy
What is your return and exchange policy?
We don’t offer any exchange or return unless there is some manufacturing defect or the wrong product was sent. In this case, we would require a photo of the defective/wrong product within 24 hrs of delivery of the product. Replacement products would be sent in this case.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
1. Cancellation should be done before 12.00 PM on the next working day (as all orders are processed by then).
2. No cancellation is possible after that.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
1. In case of any cancellation, money will be refunded after deducting 50/- as cancellation charges.
2. Once the cancellation is initiated, a refund will take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.
